Introduction of Director Identification Number (DIN)

From 1 November 2021, all company directors in Australia will be required to apply for a unique 15-digit identification number. Directors will have to apply for this personally and can not engage an agent to do this on their behalf.

Depending on when you register to become a director will depend on when your application is due.
